Criminal Law and Human Rights
ABOUT
We operate in a consultative manner, providing legal opinions, reports, drafting internal compliance policies, and conducting internal and defensive investigations. We also act in contentious matters, including investigative proceedings, inquiries, parliamentary inquiry commissions, and criminal lawsuits.
Our work, always grounded in Brazilian law and international treaties, aims to achieve the client’s goals with empathy, determination, and a strategic focus on resolving the issues presented.
In defense of the rights of those under investigation or accused, we strive to uphold respect for constitutional guarantees and ensure the correct application of the law, always attentive to the most recent decisions of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF).
As advocates for victims' rights during investigations or as legal representatives in criminal lawsuits, the firm prioritizes the proper and proportional application of criminal law while also pursuing potential compensation for damages.

Social
Responsability
The Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 lists the lawyer as an essential figure in the administration of justice. Aware of this noble role, the law firm provides legal advice in its area of expertise for disadvantaged individuals pro bono, meaning completely free of charge.
We believe that the law is an instrument of social transformation, and thus, all citizens, on equal terms, should have access to serious, high-quality legal assistance committed to defending their interests.
Since the firm’s foundation in 2018, we have worked on cases with social impact through the Associations and Institutes we partner with, as well as individual cases of people who would not have the means to afford legal fees.
